Grow up.

i also have some other advice for letter writers. i like to advise
that shouting has no place in a business letter. i couldnt do that
here because the letter writer wasnt really shouting. do you agree
with that advice too?

I often advise no shouting. Unless there is a safety issue involved
and threat of immediate bodily injury.
