Technical Support Verzion DSL Techinal Support Broke My Computer! - Internet DSL

Hi, November 2005 I signed up for Verizon DSL internet around November hopefully they have a record of the whole conversation.

I called the tech support we stayed on the phone for about a hour trying to set up the internet. I had it for about three weeks but did not use it because it did not work because my computer did not have an Ethernet connection hopefully it is in the notes to... Again he tried everything he told me several times that I could install a internal Ethernet card and that is simple and easy all you have to do is open the computer and just put in in. When I did that my computer was damaged when they gave me this advice to do it several time. Because I did not want to do it he even toled me he will ship one out. I guess they did not want me to cancel my service plus contract.My computer is damage it;s good for the garbage now. I would like them to fix my computer they had no right to tell me to do that and brake up my computer. Recently after the fact I found out they make USB external adapters now(they been had) that sounds simple all they had to do is tell me that I need this and I would have gotten it its external it runs for about 10.00 Dollars affordable. Now I currently borrow some one else computer . I want them to fix my computer they are suppose to be the professionals they properly do this to other people.

THEY WERE SELLING DELL COMPUTERS AROUND THE TIME THEY BROKE MY COMPUTER A SCAM THAT'S WHY THEY BROKE MY COMPUTER UP TO SELL ME THERES

This is a complaint from TWO YEARS ago! If you are that bored and
feel the need to spew stupid crap, would you please go to Blogger and
open a blog?

This is for REAL LETTERS to REAL COMPANIES. For the life of me, I
don't know why you can't understand that.

You are the one that created the damage. Not Verizon.

Why?

Because you're not experienced. Nothing wrong with being
inexperienced. However, what you should have said was "I'm a novice
and I don't feel comfortable doing that. Let me find a friend that's
more experienced with technology to do this."

You say all you wanted was to cancel. Then you should have done just
that. Unless they held a gun to your head, then I fail to see why you
opening up your computer to install an Ethernet card isn't your own
free will.

Could they have suggested a USB adapter? Sure. But that does excuse
you for agreeing to open up a computer that you know little about.

They SHOULD NOT HAVE GAVE ME ADVICE AT ALL. I WAS JUST TRYING TO
CANCEL. THE SHOE SHOULD BE ON THE OTHER FOOT. IF THIS WAS YOU I BET
THE WHOLE WORLD WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER.
