It's so nice to read a happy letter!


I worked in restaurants for many years and believe me, we heard plenty
about things that went wrong...and very rarely were commended for a
job well done.

I'm sure the company will mention your pleased reaction to the staff
at the above location and they will be acknowledged for a job well
done. I know that it takes an extra-special experience for a customer
to write a POSITIVE letter.

I've never actually been to a TGI Friday's, but this wonderful letter
makes me want to go out and find the closest one.

Seeing as you are so thankful for friendly service and the special, I
bet Sara and TGI Friday's are happy to have you and your husband as
customers.

As a retailworker, I know how you feel about money being tight. This
special sounds great and after your glowing review...will probably go
out with some friends sometime and take advantage of it.

I think your letter is great too. Friday's is one of the few places
we can go with our kids,enjoy a good meal and not go broke.

Come on guys - this is a great letter. Don't let the troll ruin it.

My husband tried that special last weekend and he, too, loved it! He
said it was a nice change to be able to customize his meal.

I've been there long enough to get a fat employee discount.

Nice letter. I like my local TGIF's--sure the food isn't much
special, but it's prepared well and accurately every time, the service
is darn pleasant, and I can usually catch a (losing) Twins game. Good
job!

...she's the true definition of a troll. She comes on message boards
and purposely takes the opposite point of view just to inflame and
incite everyone else.

If you look at her previous comments, she gravitates to the most
outrageous letters and agrees with the OP, while picking fights with
the rest of the commenters who disagree with the
OP.


I'm sure you've encountered some people like this in Junior High. They
are easier to ignore, don't you agree?

Truly, people like this are best ignored.

She says she is the mother of two children, but from her posts I doubt
she is over 11.

I agree their service is great, but the times I have been there, they
are a bit pricey and the food subpar. I prefer Chilis or Bennigans

Every time I see a positive letter to TGIF's, I get so mad because
there's none around here!

Great letter, I'm sure they love knowing they're doing a good job.

I love that special, too! The choices are good, and there's plenty of
food. I have only been there a few times but have always been more
than satisfied.

My wife and I are big fans of Fridays, the food is goo, and the
service is generally prompt. When you get a few extra bucks, I
suggest you try the Jack Daniels burger, its the best! Great letter!

Great letter, Sarah. Recently another OP, a regular poster on PFB,
wrote a compliment letter to TGIF.

The nearest TGIF to my house is in Miller Park, where the Brewers
play, and with them doing so well, I can't get near there. Maybe after
the Brewer's blow their next few games, and don't make the playoffs, I
can go back there.:)
