Macy's Lowered my limit

My payment was due on the 26th of the month. I paid my bill on the 27th. I check my credit report and I show that Macy's lowered my limit because I was 1 day late. This is so ridiculous, I cannot believe this. It's one of the best credit cards I have, and they do this. I've been a customer of Macy's for 3 years and I get this treatment. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..........

I would like Macy's to increase my limit to where it was.

This happened to me also I paid one day late bc I was in the hospital having a baby. I even offered to send documents to prove this. My limit was lowered to half of it. I have never been late, never even come close to my limit, I always pay earlier and more than min. pymt if not in full, I was just wondering what your experience was.. Good Luck!
