I went to sears today to have pictures taken of my 1 year old little
boy. Lesile was the girls name. She is so cool. I never had anyone
take as good as pictures as she did. She new all the trick and trade
that made him smile and laugh to capture all the great moments. I
probably won't go anywhere else but sears from now on. Thank so much

I went into the store in Niles at the Golf Mill Center. I was most
impressed with the saleswoman Samira. She was very efficient and most
accomadating. It is so nice when you need a smiling and helpful face

first time trying to do this survey but was not allowed. Very
disappointing.

On May 09, 2008 I purchased a comforter and curtains. It was around
closing time before we got to Sears in Concord. The clerk was very
kind and she took her time with us and did not rush us at all. She
made me feel that my time was her time and I really appreciated this
service. We shop at Sears a lot and we appreciate the kindness that
your staff gives us each time to shop.

hi,my name is Mollie Reynolds ibought some items from sears they told
me to do a survey online, but its not letting me pull it up, what am i
suppose to do

I brought gift cards and curtians today 5/5/08 I was able to find
everything that I needed, however you do need to have some people on
the floor for the curtian/bath/bed area, I usually find this dept. I
have to search for help. I go to the register and they send for
someone and this is in both my local Sears I visit. My Sales check #

I also visit the mens dept today I needed no help! my sales check# is
017355236886 I visit Sears atleast 3 or 4 times a month for
something.

I am also trying to complete the online survey. I do not shop as often
as I would like, but this is very misleading and sort of convinces me
that maybe I should not trust Sears very well after all. A chance to

I too cannot get on the website and had a horrible experience shopping
with Sears this time. My account was charged twice, I had to ride an
hour to try to rectify situation and wasted an entire day between them
and the bank only to find out though they voided one of the charges
the hold will remain on my account for a few days which has in turn
cost me overdraft fees. Unbelieveable. Can you help me get ahold of

I as well cannot get on a web sight for the 400.00 drawing, not only
that but I just bought an air compressor, it has missing parts and I
now find out I have to buy them, they are not provided under the
warranty. I always recommed Sears to everyone, not anymore! They
