I agree that you can probably still try to get a card, but I think YOU
need to be the one to take the initiative and call THEM. They are NOT
going to call you. If you want a CC from THEM, call them. Clearly
they already determined they do not need to kiss your ass, for your
business. Take the responsibility and call them, and figure out a way
for them to want to give you a C.C

Yes, but is Planet Feedback the place to get reconsidered???? I just
don't get people going through this site to get credit approved.

I don't work anymore, so twice when they saw my earnings are 0, they
have denied me. Once by letter, once by phone.

A phone call reversed things both times.

Besides that I think this is a very poorly wirten letter...is it just
me that doesn't understand why people write letters to banks regarding
the denial of a credit card.

Sigh. "Rebuilding" your credit doesn't mean you should apply for more
debt. It means paying off the debt you already have.

As the moldy one said, you need to e-mail PFB and get them to remove
your phone number. Just a quick glance at your number and I know what
city and state you live in.

You also need to take this up with whoever made the unauthorized
inquiry in your credit report. Once that's resolved, you can apply
again.

I do have to ask though, if you are trying to rebuild your credit
after a divorce, why do you want another card? You should just use
the one you have sensibly.

First of all, the few times I have spoken with CSR's regarding credit
eligibility, they have been very professional and knowledgeable.
Therefore I find "rude and ignorant" a curious decription. I hope the
rep wasn't described this way because you didn't get the answer you
wanted.

Second, I suggest you write to PFB and have them remove your phone
number from this website. When you wrote your letter, you forgot to
delete this information when given the opportunity.
