Was given a sales slip to go to searsfeedback.com. This does not exist. This has happened several times and I think you should stop this practice if you are not going to follow thru with a web site you list. I really am dissapointed in your company and feel an explination is due customers.

We had a very helpful clerk and she signed my husband up for a
Sears credit card. We had two sales items and we got $10.00 off of
that.
We were very pleased with the purchase and will continue doing
our shopping at Sears.

I enojoyed my visit to Sears in Hunt Valley ,Md. as I was greeted upon
entry of the store and consistently approached throughout mt browing
by an associate for help.Upon checkout I was impressed with my custor
service at the register as I cashed out the sales representative was
very pro-active,interactive and just all around pleaseant.I actually
came in to pay a bill and because of my interaction resulted in

I received great service with a smile. It is always a blessing when
you have a nice, sweet person to wait on you in a good timely manner.
It would even be better if I could get a gift card to get more items.

I had a lot of work done on my automobile this week in Hammond,
Louisiana and was given a feedback survey for a chance to win
$4000.00. I truly believe the person was sincere that gave me the
website. Sears have dropped the ball on its customers and its
employees. Get it together SEARS!!!!!!!

I don’t know what the problem is.
I typed www.searsfeedback.com into my search engine (Bing).
I clicked on the first one that came up in the results, because it
sounded like the best option.
It took me straight to the survey. It didn’t ask me any suspicious
questions. It didn’t ask me to sign up for anything else… just the
typical survey questions.
I'll admit I don’t like our Sears here in Anchorage very much for a
few reasons but all this complaining about not being able to get into
the survey is ridiculous!!!
Do you people know how to use your computer???

sears has gone downhill lately they have survey that supposedly makes
you eligable for a $4000 gift card after several attempts to log on i
gave up after messages that made no sense .ispent 20 minutes at the
paramus store waiting for someone to work the only register in the
electronics dept.when the line grew i went to find a manager the only
peson i found was a young lady speaking on the phone in a forign
language after standing there for a while she said she would send
someone over sears paramus has some seriuos managment problems

What BS. There is no feedback.com it's a scam. What will Sears do to

I Don't Know Where You People Went To On This Website, Because I
Didn't Have Any Trouble Finding The Feedback Site. Sears Is A Great

Same thing happened to me!! Feel like an idiot!! Can't wait to go
back to my "Nice" people at Sears and tell them what a crappy scam
this is!! My goodness, now you can't even trust Sears!!! What is the
world coming too!!!! I am p***** off. and will let them know it!!

I had a furnice instaled by Sears and received a certificate to go on
line and enter for a chance to win 250.00$ or ipod. Could not get into
sight and found out that the certificate sent for 2009. The furnice
was instaled November 2010 1 year after the closing. I have
been calling Sears and still have no contact.

Hey Betty!!!, You're absolutely right.

I was just trying to post my feedback taken from the instruction on
my receipt, which was the same instruction from the cashier who took
(actually) great care of me.

My shopping experience was a great one and I was so ready to praise
them and post comment to that effect but, I realized, after posting, I
couldn't send it through.

It also seems that there is no way you could take part in the
(so-called) survey to win $4,000.00.

Wondering why a larg company and one that has been around for as long
as Sears, would have something faulty like this.

From reading the number of other responses on this list, we are
obviously not the only ones that experienced this.

Sears Corportate needs to know of this immediately. Strange that they
would not have dis-continued printing or running this
contest/sweepstakes/or whatever it is if people have obviously been
complaining about it since the promotion of it started.

Beats the hell out of me but, someone should wake up at the Sears
Corp. headquarters.

I bought glasses from Sears today and I was very happy with the
service I received.
When I was given my receipt I noticed on it where I could enter a
feedback and possible receive a $4,000 gift card by entering it.
How nice it would be to have another smile on my face not only getting
good service but also winning that gift card

I was also given a sales receipt about the 4000.00 gift card. hey, if
the site doesn't exist, sears must think we are stupid so i'll take my
business elsewhere. hey sears contact me - I have a survey for

I have tried several times to go to the feed back for the $4000.00
gift card and i can't get thru. I returned to the store told an
associate about it and he said that it was probably due to the
holidays. Hog was. I just tried and it is 6-07 and i got the same
nothing. If your going to do something and have an associate tell you
to do it and it doesn't work and it looks like it never will then you
should be ashamed and stop,deceiving peple. You could have a suite
bought against you. I defineatley was not happy with this anad i was
not pleased with my purchase. So if you want return coustomers then
you need to do a better job of following thru.Trust me you will be
getting my purchase back and it was quite a substancial one.

I agree-I get to IKEA when I try to get searsfeedback.com. But I
doubt that Sears wants my feedback anyway. I have purchased two
complete sets of tires in the past 10 days. I asked for and was
promised an alighnment but was told when I came back to pick up my
vehicle that the guy went off duty at 3:00 but I could come back the
next morning (only 90 miles one way). Of course they were so generous
that they gave me a $5.00 coupon good on any purchase (except men's
clothing wouldn't take it on a shirt purchase because the shirt was
less than $30.00. So I thought I would apply it to my tire purchase
only to find out that it couldn't be redeemed in automotive. Guess
Sears really appreciated my driving 180 miles roundtrip twice to spend
$1700. Sears seems to be going downhill (at least in Fargo, ND) Glen

i made my purchase in San Diego, Ca on 6/19/09. i was told that i
could go online with the address on the receipt and take a survey and
be entered into a drawing to possable win a gift card of $4,000. now i
am a realist and now my odds but it still would be nice to take the
chance... i am not able to find the site anywhere.. i hope you fix the
problem for this... and hope that you take into consideration that we
are only given 7 days to redeem... i hope you can give those who have
commented the extra time to enter like we should have been able to
from the begining...

On June 23, 2009 i went shopping with 2 of my grandsons alex and jacob
to the sears in north attleboro, mass...we bought two pairs of
sneakers and some summer clothes....i dont remember the girl's name
who was a the register for the sneakers but she was very kind and
helpful...my grandsons (4 & 2) wanted to wear their sneakers home so
she cut the tags and they were very excited...then we went to the boys
dept. on the 2nd floor where i met a friend of mine (we worked
together at sears in providence back in the 80's) Carol was very very
helpful on the clothing...their was another young girl their who was
also helpful with sizes.....thsnks for wonderful experience....my

extremley heplfull,friendley and quick to ring up my purchase. i

Hi I work at Sears and first of all, I want to say how sorry we are
that so many people seem to be having trouble finding
www.searsfeedback.com. We have looked into the problem and it seems
like there are some companies out there that are fraudulently posing
as Sears, and showing online ads that *appear* to take customers to
www.searsfeedback.com, but really take customers to fraudulent sites.
We are doing everything we can to take down these fraudulent sites.

I recommend that instead of using a search engine to find
www.searsfeedback.com, please type www.searsfeedback.com directly into
the address bar at the top part of your browser. That will take you to
the correct survey.

Again, sorry for the confusion.

I too was given a searsfeedback.com sales slip and told that I might
winn $4,000.00, just go to the site on the slip which is
www.searsfeedback.com, nothing happened. This situation has happened
several times before when trying to $4.00 for purchasing sears paint.
I agree with Betty, what the heck is going on Sears, people have
better things to do than play on the internet trying to win prizes
that you do not have.

I agree. There is no site to do the survey and possibly win $4,000.
Why do your receipts say to do the survey when you know there is no

I was very pleased with the service I received from Keith at the
Bellingham,Wa store. He gave me a lot of information about the
Refrigerators and was very honest about the different features they

I was a loyal Sears shopper for many years. Then their prices were
higher then other stores which were popping up in the Chicago Area. I
browsed at the Sears in Golf Mill because we had time to kill before
the show started. I found their prices were very comparable if not
cheaper then competive stores. I purchased a fall/spring quality
jacket which was marked down to an affordable price. I'm on a fixed
income & the ecomomy with gas, food, utilities & everything else going
up is putting a crunch on the middle income families like myself. I
fought in Viet Nam, pay my bills on time, follow the law, purchase dog
tags for my dogs & yet am being trampled by taxes & high prices with
no relief in sight. Sears was always an "American Store" who took the
consumer into consideration. With your prices competive I will be
shopping there for the Christmas holidays. One suggestion is if you
want to lure more customers, lower you interest on your Sears Charge
card. Everyone else is so high they just add to the struggles that we
have as consumers. If your Charge Card was at a substantial rate I
would apply. I pay my bills on time. The clerk that rang up my sale
was very courteous & helpful. He suggested I apply for a Sears Charge
card but the interest rates were to high, no matter how much I

i returned a sears pressure washer,that was given too me for xmas.at
first i was told it could not be returned,i love craftsmen
products,all of my tools and appliances are craftsman.i became a
little upset,when sales clerk told me ,he couldnt help me.then the
sales manager,steve,talked too me in a very professional way and
returned my washer for a new one.this renewed my faith in crafstsman
products and sears stores,thanks vince in peru, il

I was given a searsfeedback.com register printout with a seperate
purchase receipt. It appears the information is invalid to register to
WIN $4000 sears shopping spree. This is misrepresentation a form of
fraud by Sears! I will report this to the Tele# printed on the receipt
in Hawaii 808 487-4211.

Otherwise the clerks were effcient along with good markdown sales!

Same thing happened to me but I tried typing in "sears feedback" only
and I was directed to the correct site to click on. I filled out the
survey and submitted it. They should have made the original workable.

I always check stuff at sears whenever I have time most especially
that im going on vacation in my home country the Philippines this
coming december and found a beautiful pool sticks that im going to
give to my friend as a gift, people are lucky to have sears in my
neighborhood.

After a stressful doctors's appt. today 9/9/08. I decided to stop at
Sears Century III, 3075 Clairton Rd. West Mifflin, Pa 15123 and found
such tremendous mark downs and with todays rising costs it was such a
joy to get three new tops and cologne. The salesclerks were so helpful
and nice. I am possibly going to lose my home due to the rising cost
and rates. It was such a treat to shop at Sears.

i went to the sears in carson today. i needed some help on finding the
prices fot the merchandise i was looking for. the associates took
their time out to do me the favor on finding the price. everyone had a
bright smile which was really a good feeling. i will be returning back
to that store for sure. also they asked if anything please don't be

I had bought tires at the sears in Valencia 2 times, both times they
forgot to pur the cups on my tires, the first time I went back and
they could not find them after 20 minutes of leaving the facility, so
they told me to go to the dealer and to buy new ones that they will
pay me back which I did each cup cost me 50 dollars the second time
was 4-15-08 and they forgot one cup only, so I called and they told me
they will order me another one, a month latter I called them and they
had no idea why the part has not being replaced yet so they said will
call me back, so I last month july 22 a operator #673194 called me to
tell me that the part was in to come in, I told him I will be in
tomorrow because I had to work that night. so the next day I went and
no one in the department knew what I was talking about, the looked for
the part for 45 minutes and never found it, till today I am still
waiting. but my las visit was the best of all, that day I wanted to
jump out of my skin, on August 11th I had a nail in my tire, so I took
it there because my tire was under warranty, I come in at 11:19am and
was told by operator #448696 that it was going to be about 2 hrs or
less because they were busy, so I said ok I will take my little girl
to play at the mall I will be back, at 1:40pm I had not yet heard from
them so I called them and spoke with Thomas who told me that they were
unable to fix my car because they did not have the material for it, I
asked him whay no one called me to let me know of the problem he said
that he did not know, so I walked to the facility and weited for 40
minutes on line just to get my keys, at that time Thomas was at lunch
and the boy that helped me said I do not know why he dident tell you
that there is no material we have not had any since last Monday, I
become irritable and asked to speak with a manager, he told me that he
was at lunch, then I requested a phone number of a manager and he
gived me a paper with this e-mail address to send feed back. I hate
how they did not care for me as a customer and how poor their
organized, I still do not hace the cup for mi tire and I had to go to
another place were they fixed my tire in 10 minutes, so I would like
for someone to call me and to explain to me how they are going to
replace my part and when, someone professional who knows how to deal
with customers.

I had top grade service at the cash register today. A manager came
over when the call went over the PA to get extra help so we got
checked out right away. Good job.

I was well satisfied with the friendless and attention given by the
sales clerk and the delivery of the product in the time frame
promished. The delivery people were courteous and satifactorly set up
and checked out the refrigerator.

Sears sales rep's are the most helpful, cheerful, patient sales rep's.
I've been to other stores and if there is another customer waiting,
they will try to take care of both customers, making both customers
wait and wait and wait. I've never encountered that with a Sears sales
person. I don't know what they've said to the other customer, but
it's satisfying enough for that customer to wait for them while they
finish up with one customer. Thank you Sears !

We were looking for luggage and found a great variety of prices and
sizes. We originally thought we would go to an outlet mall, but
decided to try Sears first because we were in the neighborhood. We
are certainly glad we did. We could not have found the American
Tourist set we purchased at Sears at a better price anywhere. Your
motto continues to amaze us. Sears really does "have everything!"

Went to three departments. Womens colthing, appliance and paint
section. FIrst two departments were great and responded to my needs
promptly. However very disgusted with the paint section. No
available staff to assist. Asked the service desk to send help.
Waited over five minutes no one ever came. Walked out and went to
another store to buy my paint although I really wanted the easy living
color you had to offer. You lost my business due to lack of customer
response. Not the old sears I used to know.
