SURVEYS

I have been a sear shopper every since,I was a young girl. I also
shopped thru your catalog.I use to buy all kinds of stuff, thru your
catolog. Like jewlery, clothing, material and so on.I guess you could
say, I have been a Sears shopper all my life. I bought a stove and
refrigerator from your store also. I hope that sears can serve the
hard times we are having. I don't like to see our business fail, nor
do I like to see liquadation. Not to change the subjest but my husband
is not from here and one day he asked me why do we celebrate so many
holidays.I explained you have to have spend money to create jobs. I
went on tangent here. I hope sears around long after I'm gone. Sears
is to me, is like part of what I call our Americana or

P.S. I forgot my first job was with Sears. I worked in your catalog
dept in chicago,about 40 years ago.

Made purchase on 6/13/09. Went to the searsfeedback.com to fill out
the survey and a chance to win the $4000, but there was no survey to
fill out!!

i made a purchase on 01/05/09.and it said on the receipt go to
www.searsfeedback.com for chance to win 4,000 dallors. there is no
survey

can't find place to enter sales slip no.

I made a purchase on 11/15/2008 for a chance to be entered into a
drawing to win $4000 if I complete a survey on line. Sears shouldn't
get customers hopes up high with false advertisement. They should make
a website thats real!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i made a purchase last weekend, and was dissappointed

People are doing a google search for "Searsfeedback.com" and are
getting complaint letters to a site called "planetfeedback.com" in
their searches. This was addressed in the Suggestion Box, along with
an explanation why some computers may have difficulty loading the
page.

While I can see the reason for the frustration, there's the
possibility of winning a large chunk of money, at a time when people
sure ccould use it. At least this letter isn't divulging private
information, others have in the misbelief this site would forward the
comments on to Searsfeedback.com, but that does not mean these people
are entered in the contest.

It is just a URL, You type it in, and it takes you right to the page.
WTH?

I'm completely baffled as to why so many people are having such
trouble with it.

The site works fine. Do not enter www.searsfeedback.com in a search
engine. Type it directly into the address line and you will be
directed to the correct website.

If you would like to enter by mail, complete the following step.

Hand print your name, complete address, daytime phone number, birth
date and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail in a first class
stamped envelope to: 2007 Sears Survey Sweepstakes, PO Box Number
5040, Ellenton, FL 34222-5000. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by
January 31, 2008 and received by February 7, 2008. Each mail-in entry
must be mailed separately. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical
reproductions will be accepted.
