I have noticed that toxic hell... Oops... I mean taco bell has had quality issues over the years. But, you get what you pay for. I only go there when i want something squeezed out of a tube onto a tortilla.
Overall your letter could use some improvement. If you are writing them a letter to inform them that they have quality control issues, then you need to be a little more articulate then the letter that you have written. I do commend you in at least describing the problems, but the letter reads more like a blog-rant then a business letter.
"wanna" "dumb coupons" "lowsey coupons" are not a reflection of a well-written suggestion letter. Punctuation is also almost completely absent in this letter. These letters are sent to the companies themselves - and they should be written as business letters.

Last time I went through the drive through at Taco Bell, I ordered a beef combo burrito without onions. After they handed me the bag, I checked the burrito, and lo and behold, it had onions on it. So I parked the car, went inside, and they gave me the right order, and I didn't even have to use this web site! Imagine that.
And this is the reason why we should always double check our orders BEFORE we leave the resturant.

You want Taco Bell to "do something" other than give you coupons to compensate for your messed-up order. What is that "something" you so coyly are trying to get from Taco Bell? Free meals for a year? The head of the manager of that location and the torture of all its employees who might have made your order?
The company tried to make up for a be experience by giving you free stuff. What more do you want and why do you think you are entitled to it?

Are you her daughter? I think you are. You write just like she does.
If any of you don't know who Joyce is. She pops up from time to time, when she's home from Mars, or Venus, or wherever it is she goes in between letters. Let's just say, not only is she out there, but she can't write worth a crap. Style is just like this letter.
Not good dear!
Peace!

Are your kids in school? Is so, I think it would be a good idea if you joined them for an Engish class.

Just walk in with your receipt and tell them you want your money back. It does suck that you didn't get what you want, but you do have options. Now you will also get those coupons in the mail so you can check back and see if things have changed for free.
Or maybe they will send your kids to Disneyland because their Taco Bell dinner was ruined one night. Good luck with that.

There are two commas. It's much more readable now that I've seen that...

If compensating you for the sub par food isn't enough, what would be?
Cloth napkins? Tablecloth? Tableside wine service? After dinner mints? Reserved seating? Finger bowls? Pay one of your mortgage payments?
Just name it. You sound like one of our best customers.

After watching this, I think it will be a LOOONG time before I eat at TB OR KFC.
http://money.cnn.com/2007/02/23/news/companies/taco_bell/
Fried rats legs and a mouse fiesta taco are NOT my thing.
And as for it being your kids dinner, if the food was substandard, you as the parent have an obligation to see that your children are properly nourished. They are kids. They don't have the right to refuse to eat ANYTHING you put before them.
So if your kids are so high maintenance that they can't/won't eat the food you put before them, that's not on Taco Bell, that's on you as a parent.

The fact that I think is Taco Bell is the lowest of the low on the fast food food chain, you letter is NOT going to get anyone's attention.
I'm going to give you some sage advice on how to get a company to at the very least be able to understand what you are saying. That is to use a spell/grtammar checker and of course punctuation. Your run on sentence doesn't end.

I cannot believe you sent THIS to Taco Bell's corporation. Have you ever attended school?
Not to mention, if you had a concern with the way they made your food, you should have requested that they give you a new order made properly.

Why are you feeding your kids Taco Bell? Don't you realize that the meat they use is grade D?? It is dog food...and nasty. No wonder why so many kids are overweight and their parents are too. You should be happy this has turned you away from them. I cringe every time someone tells me they eat at Taco Bell. It is loaded with calories and everyone is fat that eats there I know.
