Outstanding Experience at Bed Bath & Beyond!

I just wanted to say that today, January 17th, I went to your new store located in Turnersville, NJ. I have to say that as soon as I walked in I was greeted with more than one very cheery Hello. It seemed that every department I went into, an employee was straightening and stocking shelves. As hard as they were working, each one stopped and greeted me, and asked if I needed help finding something. I was really pleasantly surprised at this, especially with every team member! I needed help finding a telescopic light bulb changer, and not one, but two male employees looked and went into the back and came out with a few of them, one for me and others to stock. After looking around, I asked a female employee if they sold light bulbs, she very happily told me where they were, and radioed the person in that department to watch for me and help me. I felt like I was their only customer!

I applaud Bed Bath and Beyond for outstanding customer service, and having a positive, knowledgeable staff. They even took more than one expired coupon covering 20% off each item I was buying. I will continue to shop at this store and will be sure to recommend this location to many friends and family.

What a great letter! Especially great is the fact that employess were
proactive. When they found the light bulb changer, they also brought
some to stock the shelf. That prevented another customer having to ask
and increased sales for the store. And they accepted an epired coupon.
That was exceptional service.
Thank you for this letter. I always enjoy reading a positive
experience.

Thanks for a great letter. The ones near me are also very good, and
their coupon mailings on their circulars really make a difference when
making large purchases.

letter makes me eager to take a visit there!

Great letter! BB&B always takes expired coupons. They also take
competitors coupons. I use Linens and Things coupons there all the
time and I use BB&B at LNT.

Great job catching these folks in action.
On the chance that word might not get to store level from corporate I
suggest that you mail a copy to the attention of the store manager.

Places like that deserve the business. I don't mind paying a little
more or going out of my way. It's a small price to pay for excellent
and friendly service.
