Simle return of a friends Kodak camera. Purchased two weeks ago and he lives an hour away. I went to visit and said I would return it for him. He had charged it, turned it on, view screen showed a line across it. I Tried to return it for him, was refused. Had the receipt but was accused of abusing it and why did I wait so long? There wasn't a mark anywhere on the camera. Hell only one accessory had been opened, the charger, since they don't come charged. Got an attitude from the electronic woman and the manager and her made us feel like we were thiefs! The manager said to deal directly with Kodak. Kodak said it was within the return time to be returned to the store and to return there. What a scam! This kid is out nearly $200. I will never shop there again! Not to mention that this took way to long to handle, had to be at customer service nearly half an hour.
Honor thier own policy. It was obvious the camera had't been abused no matter what the mornons said. The receipt was not over a month old. I know lenses get cracked in shipping and in store, I work in an electronics dept of another retail chain.

For my store's credit card purchased returns, it'll only go back on THAT credit card, or a cash card.

Your friend should go to the store with his credit card and return the camera. Stores usually want the original-purchase credit card in order to process a return.
And I see you haven't learned from your last train-wreck of a letter. You're still swearing, and there are basic misspelled words (thieves, not thiefs; their, not thier; etc.).

but no one treated you like a thief. They said they felt the camera had been abused/mishandled, not stolen.
But I have to ask, were you looking to EXCHANGE the broken camera or just return it? That would make me suspicious too if a customer wanted to return a defective item and was not planning on buying another one. I'd have to wonder if they had used it for one event, mistreated it and then wanted to take it back and get all their money back.
The fact that you are here accusing them of "treating you like a thief," cursing and attacking anyone who responds in opposition to your letter makes you appear that much more suspect.

a lot better response. I would be ashamed to send a letter like this and truly expect a decent response.
And, was it a month or 2 weeks?
And swaring only makes it worse. Totally unnecessary.
And gets you no brownie points.
Honey gets more that bitter.
No one MAKES you feel anything. You decide your own response/reaction to a given situation.
Count to 10 and write again.

lack any real feelings.
And the whirring and vibration are just downright distracting.

you can't spell, you can't string together a coherent sentence, you called them names and you have zero grasp of proper grammer. no one will pay one whit of attention to this ridiculous diatribe. my only question is, what the heck are you getting so upset about; it isn't even your camera, which makes it none of your cotton pickin' business. let "the kid" handle it.

1) Drop the curse words. "hell" does not belong in a business letter
2) Sorry you have bad eyesight and that your grammar/English skills are not good. But you have no right to take it out on us. We're trying to provide you with constructive criticism.
Long story short: drop the attitude and you may be surprised at how far it can go.

Other readers will miss out on some of her vitriol. (But I understand why the comments got yanked.)

Something doesn't quite add up. You (singular) returned a camera, and later state "her (sic) made us (plural) feel like we (plural) were thiefs (sic)", then you state "This kid is out nearly $200."
Maybe the "kid" could get this resolved himself, or at least write a business letter without using foul language,
