Maybe he does not know the area and missed the sign. It can happen. Not excusing him but give the guy a break. Bet you've done something stupid you weren't fired over in your lifetime.

What driver? How can they do anything if you can't tell them a plate number or give them something else to go by?
And fire him? Right.

Well it would have been an Independant Contractor, Since neither DirecTV or Dish Network use company installers, I know i used to be one. Neither company will really even give you the time of day dealing with this. The installer only gets paid by the amount of jobs he does in a day, maybe you need to complain to the companies about how they do their install contracting. Other then that you are pretty much out of luck. I have done my share of rush to the next job so i can make a living doing installs. Just glad to be out of that business.

About 20 years ago a trucker cut me off on the highway and almost made me crash into another car. I guess I was too young to think I had options to do anything about it. It was a Bekins moving van. I did eventually catch up to the guy driving it in order to show him some of my bird collection that I carry in my car, one in particular. He had dark brown hair. I'd like him fired. Think that's going to work?

the springfield missouri police have a slogan "don't get caught dead right." report him directly to the company. this forum won't help you.

Let's see... hyperbole... all-caps... alarmist title... ludicrous demands. Chance the company will take this seriously = zero.

Good for you for reporting this. I have complained to several companies in the past for bad driving from their employees.

Was there a 1-800 number on the van, or a "how am I driving" number on the van?! Seems to me that's the number to call or the way to complain about a company's wreckless driven vehicles.

If you have a cell phone, next time, call the police. People who have to drive for their jobs get in more trouble (or are supposed to) for driving infractions such as this.

I hate to tell you, but this may be an independent contractor. Since there are often many different contractors working a specific area, it may be hard for them to determine WHO did this.
And your demand for him to lose his job is out of line and uncalled for, no matter how angry you are or how wrong you think he is. That's not your place, nor is it your business.
How would you like it if I found out where you worked and demanded that YOU be fired for posting this ALL CAPS rant during working hours?
See my point?
Your best bet would be to make a report with the local police and provide as much detail about the driver and the vehicle as possible. This is a matter for law enforcement, not DishNetwork.
