I had a porblem with a weed i got from sears. Went into the store talked to aaaoc.#603332 about the problem and she took care of it. It took her a few days but the weedeater was takwen care of. She replaced the weedeaterto my satisfaction. She was very understanding about the problem.

I always thought that sears was a boring place to shop and expensive to. Until one day I was so bored and decided to actually wonder the store. I found out there was a huge sale, I left the store very happy and pleased with the items that I have purchased. I have misjudged the place and now I will revisit the store every now and then.

I was very unhappy with entire lay-a-way ordeal. The girl who originally did the lay-a-way was too busy flirting with a male employee and entered all of the data about my name, address, and phone number incorrectly. Every time I came to make a payment it was a big ordeal and we had to wait for a supervisor or manager to make sure the right account was credited. I told the gentleman who did the final payment that I felt I should get a 10% discount for all the hassle she caused me. And we were told by one man that I could put a stove on lay-a-way and when we went to do so, we were told you can't put appliances on lay-a-way. It is the best price I have found so far on the stove model I want so I will probably but it at Sears. But reluctantly because of the above problems I have3 endured at the store.

The salesmen did a great job. He got me in and out in a matter of minutes.

Sears is one of those stores that once your shopping at Sears, you wonder why haven't you shopped there more often. What brings me back or reminds me that Sears exist is when I talk about sales at others stores, friends remind of the sales that are going on at Sears.
I don't know why Sears doesn't advertize more or have a different gimmick to remind people to shop at Sears. When I do shop, I do buy deep freezers, dryers, clothes and shoes. And I'm please with the quality. It's nice purchasing clothes that you don't find anywhere else!

Visit to Sears was accomplished with all items found and with great service from very friendly and compitant sales people.
