Ms. Phyllis, just a little FYI-You can't sue (well you can try, but you won't win) for pain and suffering if there was no PHYSICAL injury. But of course, your SO smart, you knew that already, correct??

In cases like this where there is no company name next to the person who submitted the letter where do these letters go and why does it happen?

When you think of what the Creator was able to accomplish in a week, this task seems daunting. Don't you think you could give them a few more days?

This is the third letter you have written to a company regarding over charges and fraud. I am not sure if this letter is in reference to the previous two complaints or if this is a new issue.
When you write to a company please make sure you include all the details as if you are writing to a company for the first time. A company will not remember a prior complaint if the previous issue is not mentioned.
How is a company supposed to help you if you are not specific as to what the problem is.

that anyone (let alone multiple people) here have the time and interest in tracking individuals and their letters. Is that what you do all day?

Phyllis is a PlanetFeedback legend. Her letters are well known. As is "dickie h."
If you've been here for a while, you can just tell when a letter is a "phyllis" or a "dickie." Like a well known written or film-maker, their style defines the genre.

that some people don't understand the people here actually care about the consumer experience, and they read all the letters. And you may consider it "not having anything else to do," but what is the point of being a member of something if you aren't going to participate? You can sit in the back row, peek in a door or window, or put yourself up front. Have you been a member of an organization that follows Robert's Rules of Order or has elected members?
It isn't a matter of "tracking," it is a matter of people remembering what they read. This assumes the reader reads the entire letter, puts themself in the OP's position, and tries to experience in their mind what the OP experienced.
Then, they they write a response. Some unnamed people read snippets of letters, and the minute they find something they don't care for, they blast the member who wrote it. These people frequently go further to indict everyone on the site in their condemnations.
Thus, the experience a few take away from the website will be far different than most. If you are going to be a regular member here, it is helpful to read everything. That way you could better "track" the pulse of the website and write better comments. I don't write stuff down - that would literally be tracking. We can "track" a member's movements though, quite easily, even though he/she hasn't opened his/her profile for all to see.

Hi, Phyllis. Glad to see you're in good health (well, good enough to continue your ongoing campaign of goofy harassment) and in fine spirits (well, your usual cranky demanding self).
Happy Spring! Good luck with your multitude of lawsuits!
