Ms. Phyllis, just a little FYI-You can't sue (well you can try, but you won't win) for pain and suffering if there was no PHYSICAL injury. But of course, your SO smart, you knew that already, correct??

In cases like this where there is no company name next to the person who submitted the letter where do these letters go and why does it happen?

When you think of what the Creator was able to accomplish in a week, this task seems daunting. Don't you think you could give them a few more days?

This is the third letter you have written to a company regarding over charges and fraud. I am not sure if this letter is in reference to the previous two complaints or if this is a new issue.
When you write to a company please make sure you include all the details as if you are writing to a company for the first time. A company will not remember a prior complaint if the previous issue is not mentioned.
How is a company supposed to help you if you are not specific as to what the problem is.

wasnt there a Mike H or Mike Holly, something like that? Wrote 2-3 line letters, all claiming moral outrage about one thing or another?
I lurked for a long time on here before i started posting and recall all the names and themes you guys are mentioning. Good entertainment!!

and others come out scattershot with guns blaring, and blow chow all over the place. I used your approach myself. I must have missed something - the makeup woman disappeared as fast as she appeared this evening. Was there a language problem, or did PFB yank her posts due to the fact they appeared, er, made up? (I crack myself up)
Yes, Mr. Holly has been absent for some time. It is interesting that he stands out in your mind. Yes, he specialized in 2-3 liners. I found a post on a BB from Oct that hints he may have been removed. Was Firebrat Tracy here when you started? She had a lot of great advice on certain topics, and she is sorely missed (at least by me).

Hi, Phyllis. Glad to see you're in good health (well, good enough to continue your ongoing campaign of goofy harassment) and in fine spirits (well, your usual cranky demanding self).
Happy Spring! Good luck with your multitude of lawsuits!
