Consumer Fraud 4/29/08

Posted Tue April 29, 2008 12:00 pm, by Phyllis d.

Your company employees makes lots of broken promises, and deny everything. Sir, if you don't give all the gift cards that was promised to me, and the six months of free service that Chase promised me. I will sue for dollar value, also for the replacement of the two computers, and all my legal fees. Do you want me to add for pain, and suffering? You have created these problems, and made these promises. Don't you honor any of your promotions, or promises/ Lastly the service was suppose to be cancelled because of a couple of lies, and your company kept the service going at the sametime Cox was running, and you are responsible for my new computer.I'm making you responsible. You are on notice, now.So you have a week to straighten all what you caused within a week.

I'm pretty sure the guy your ranting at hasn't read this and never
will. Sorry.

Ms. Phyllis, just a little FYI-You can't sue (well you can try, but
you won't win) for pain and suffering if there was no PHYSICAL injury.
But of course, your SO smart, you knew that already, correct??

In cases like this where there is no company name next to the person
who submitted the letter where do these letters go and why does it
happen?

When you think of what the Creator was able to accomplish in a week,
this task seems daunting. Don't you think you could give them a few
more days?

This is the third letter you have written to a company regarding over
charges and fraud. I am not sure if this letter is in reference to the
previous two complaints or if this is a new issue.

When you write to a company please make sure you include all the
details as if you are writing to a company for the first time. A
company will not remember a prior complaint if the previous issue is
not mentioned.

How is a company supposed to help you if you are not specific as to
what the problem is.

Are you expecting some random company to read this, think it's them
and open the bank for you?

THINK before you type.

First this letter wasn't send to any comapny, so don't expect a
response.

Secodn there are no details as to the "broken promises" or anything
else you mention.

Third, If this was sent to a company they probably would have their
legal dept respond since you threated a lawsuit.

...you still said "I'm amazed that anyone (let alone multiple people)
here have the time and interest in tracking individuals and their
letters. Is that what you
do all day?"

You, obviously, have the time and interest in tracking Donno.

Just as many of us have the time to remember Phyllis and her letters.

As for me, well, yes, my file on certain people is thick. Joe
McCarthy would be jealous of me.

You can call it "tracking" all you want, to justify your position.
That doesn't make it so.

Hi, Phyllis. Glad to see you're in good health (well, good enough to
continue your ongoing campaign of goofy harassment) and in fine
spirits (well, your usual cranky demanding self).

Happy Spring! Good luck with your multitude of lawsuits!

First of all Phyllis you should never list your phone number like
this.
Second to what company is this directed?

And just a hint you probably will not get pain and suffering unless
you were injured in some way other than just being angry.
