I had diarreha for a few days. I know it was the burger, because lunch and dinner were my only two meals that day...half burger for lunch and half for dinner....then 3 days of agony. did'nt write a letter just because I know better than to eat from there now or eat that burger.

Sigh, I'm kind of tired of hearing over and over again YOU HAVE NO PROOF! NO SOUP FOR YOU!
That's not for you to decide, it's for Burger King to decide. A good company will listen to it's customer and try to resolve their issue.
I think they deserve a refund for the simple fact that these burgers are DISGUSTING! I got one for lunch at work, took one bite and tossed it. I bet if I had ate the whole thing I would have become very ill too!

Keith thinks Burger King should issue automatic refunds to anyone who complains. Can you imagine what would happen if everyone thought that way?
After all, it's just a couple of burgers, right? Just give them a refund.

I ordered one of these a couple weeks ago. although the concept sounds yummy, I was not impressed. the meat itself tasted off to me, ruining the flavors of the A! sauce and crunchy onions.
I do agree with the others, though. You would have done well to at least include the date and location.

Have you been to a doctor?
Do you have any solid evidence that the food made you ill?
It is quite possible that you both contracted a stomach virus or something similar that had absolutely nothing to do with anything you ate.
Most folks eat three meals a day plus snacks, so how easy is it to think that any sudden illness might be food-related?
Leaves the door wide open for coincidence.
You might want to make sure you have a case before you start throwing out accusations of food poisoning and start making demands.

Corporate is not going to be able to do anything but look at this as a scam because it's a vague, unverifiable complaint (and you are asking for money).
BTW, your bodies may just have been rejecting the huges amounts of grease you subjected them to.
