3 MONTHS WORTH OF MY MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!

Posted Mon May 5, 2008 2:31 am, by Marissa B. written to Mc Donald Investments, Inc.

Write a Letter to this Company

I have countless times gone to your diffrent mc donalds in pennsylvania and north carolina i have spent hundreds this year in food as can be vouched for by your own employee's daily! Once in a great while i get a good cup of iced coffee and a good fry! I GO DAILY! I ask for 3 shots of vanilla to the tune of 1.50 per each cup i get and usually i get two a frickin day! thats 3 $'s a day going to you and I dont even get the shots most of the time! I am spending 90$'s a month on an EXTRA's FEE for EXTRA VANILLA I DONT RECIVE MOST OF THE TIME! I love your drink when it is made the way i order and PAY for! but for 3 months now I have had maybe 5 good coffees!

I would love for my money back!!! How dare you steal from me! Especially when I hate to say this but I have been nothing but loyal to you! You took my money for a product I did not recive! Therefor it is NOT YOURS TO KEEP! I fully intend on going public with this because we pay enough for your small burgers and usually not so good of frys anymore must you screw us on our drinks too?!?!?! The convenice of a drink on the go is not worth an extra 90$ a month for at the very least 3 MONTHS, PLUS THE PRICE OF THE DRINK!!! These are your employees TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! Because I refuse to go unheard on this issue!!

What did the manager of the restuarant say when it was brought to
their attention?

If you're not happy with your drink bring it back right away and tell
the employee working the counter what is wrong with it. Also, try to
visit the same McDonald's whenever you can as they will get to know
your preferences--especially if you go in (and take a carry out if
needed) instead of drive-thru.
Lastly--sounds like to much McDonalds--lighten up before you give
yourself heart disease.

If you aren't receiving what you are paying for then why do you keep
returning and giving them more money?

Wow, not a bad letter, given English isn't your native language. I
mean, I assume it's not, considering how this letter was written.

"Because I refuse to go unheard on this issue!!"

Oh don't worry, you haven't gone unheard, believe me.

Oh God, where to begin here? I'm going to try to ignore the poor
spelling, poor grammar, poor sentence structure, writing in CAPS, and
the fact that you wrote this to the wrong company. Instead, I'll get
right to your demands.

So you want $90 per month, for the last 3 months, refunded? By your
own admission, you "don't get the shots most of the time". Do you get
any vanilla at all, or just not enough? I'm going to guess that you
get at least some vanilla, but not the amount you requested. So, with
that in mind, how is it that you deserve a full refund on each and
every drink over the past 3 months?

Yeah, ok. I would say the check's in the mail, but unfortunately the
good people at McDonald Investments are probably scratching their
heads wondering when it was they started selling vanilla coffee.

DON'T GO BACK TO THAT FRICKIN MACDONALDS. THEY DO SELL COFFEE
BURGERS,AND FRIES ELSEWHERE. Maybe give them a FRICKIN try.

You FRICKIN sent this FRICKIN message to the wrong FRICKIN company.

Do us all a favor and next time, DON'T USE THE WORD FRICKIN IN A
BUSINESS LETTER!

I dont understand. If you are asking for extra shots of vanilla in
your iced ocffee and not getting them, why are you not speaking up at
the time?

I'm sorry, it is not realistic to ask for refunds three months worth
of drinks.

You have continued to go back again and again and again, and you just
keep forking your money over for a product that is unsatisfactory most
of the time?

It sounds like you are also unsatisfied with the fries and burgers
too. When I experience a feeling like this, I simply go to another
establishment. No one is forcing you to patronize McDonald's. I
personally prefer McD's to BK, but that is just me. I won't eat at a
BK unless I am desperate, and when I do my expectations are low.

I don't understand why you just don't go elsewhere.

Our McDonalds here used to give free shots of vanilla to the diet
soda if you wanted it, to make a vanilla coke. They since stopped
offering it for that, but I think that must be what they put in the
coffee now instead. I'm curious if they charge for it in coffee here
now.

I wouldn't keep giving money to any business that failed to deliver.
It's silly to threaten to go public over this - anyway, the news
stations will be busy flocking to cover the frickin Jimmy Dean suspect
sausage scandal.
Hmm, maybe you should request your next 180 coffees be decaf.

Didn't know McDonald's had shots of vanilla. Anyway, did it ever
occur to you to make sure your drink was made correctly before leaving
the store? If I spent $90 a month on shots of vanilla.. oh,
nevermind.
