Quizno's Employees Lack Listening Skills

I went to the "Laguna Hills Mall" to eat lunch at Quizno's Store #128.
I went to the counter to ask your employee a question/order cause it was my turn. I asked her what is in your "Classic Cobb" but she wasn't paying attention to me fully and just listening to conversion between previous customer and employee about order. When she looked back at me asking me again what I want to order... I told her "I want to know what is in your Classic Cobb Salad" and her reply was lettuce and tomato and then she again left me and payed attention to previous customer and employee conversion.
So if Classic Cobb Salad only has Lettuce and tomato (looking at website it has more then that.. hint.. hint..) when her attention was back to me... I asked her what is in your Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Salad then turned around and walked away and started making a Sammie Sub... WHICH I DIDN'T ORDER!!! and my guess is she was making it for PREVIOUS CUSTOMER!!!
SO I LEFT!!! and went to STEAKHOUSE SUB.. something like that... you can see I don't even know the name of the place cause I'm usually eating at QUIZNOS.
NOTE: Previous customer already had her own Quizno's employee helping her and was in conversion with... so I don't know WHY I'M GETTING IGNORED!!! and it wasn't at a very busy hour or alota customers.
Last time x2's your EMPLOYEES got my order WRONG AT STORE #128 and NOW THIS?
I maybe still eating at other QUIZNO'S BUT NEVER AGAIN at STORE#128
First:
I suggest you either have your manager at store#128 work with employees in LISTENING SKILLS and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Second:
I would like to get some kind of apology and/or discount/coupon on my BAD service experience from your store.
