This letter reads like something my nephew sends out when he is "chatting".
I do hope this is not indicative of what craig c. thinks is acceptable, written communication.

I never knew there was a Mr. Dell...I always thought he was just the farmer in the...
My comment makes about as much sense as your letter really. Use correct grammer, punctuation, capital letters and have someone proof read it before you send it out.
What were you thinking when you were writing this that it made sense?
Buy an Apple...I hope it helps with your writing skills.

In the future, please refrain from writing letters while you are drunk and / or high. Thank you.

How in the heck are we supposed to parse anything you've said here and make any kind of sense from this nonsense?
You are complaining that Dell employees in India cannot be understood in one of the most illiterate letters I've ever seen! They will, as they should, file it in the circular file and laugh over your utter mangling of the English language.

My eyes! They're bleeding! Somebody PLEEEEZ make it stop!
If you had a valid point or not, I can't tell because this is such a hideous mess to read!
Granted it's insignificant in the rest of this trainwreck, but its L-A-P-T-O-P, not "Labtop."
Someone with homes in Florida and NYC should have enough sense not to write a BUSINESS LETTER like this.

Please tell me that you weren't/aren't one of thoes high schoolers that turned in papers that are written in "Text Speak'. I can't believe some teachers are accepting them. I would FAIL any students they turned in something like that. I can't stand Texk Speak. On the rare occasions I get a Text, I ingnore them if they have ANY text speak crap. Please tell me that you don't fill out job applications like this.
(Before anyone gets on me, I KNOW I am a crappy speller. I use spell sheck when I can. At home, I use Firefox and it has spell check on at all time. Here at work, I don't and PFB doesn't have spell check here.)

You complain about not being able to understand someone in India who is trying to assist you and yet you yourself and can not be understood? I dont like outsourcing any better then the next person, and have complained about it in the past, however, the letters I write are easily able to be understood. This is not a text message to your buds, this is not a "post on the web" it actually goes to the company!
Your complaint is valid. But with the way you wrote it, Dell will ignore it. Re-write the letter. Use spell check, proper caps, puncation (sp), leave out the ...., use the English language properly.
I tend to write the way I talk when its informal, but when its formal, as a letter to a company should be written, then I use proper verbage. Would you show up in person to Dell with this letter in hand and expect them to take you seriously?

Stay in school. Learn English or some other language. Just learn something.
I would take the money for the computer and put it towards a remedial course in English. Good riddens.

You not U
Riddance not Riddens
Are not r
Laptop not labtop
no one not no 1
Forward not forwared
Facility not faculity

Craig:
You may want to pull this back and rewrite it. It has the appearance of being a text message chat from a phone or an instant messenger session rather than a corporate complaint. My fear is the Dell won't take it very seriously in it's current format.
