I have written to Starbucks on Planet Feedback last week about the HWY 41, Bonney Lake WA 98391 Starbucks across the street from Target. A gentleman from Starbucks responded back with his apology however he didn't recognize the "Starbucks i was complaining about?" ANyhow he asked me to send them the address of the Starbucks I was talking about, he would send me a card. I sent three emails back ASAP, and guess what never got a returned response or anything. I guess I am just in shock about how the am shift on the early morning can rip people off, treat them so poorly, make horrible coffee daily, get upset that u ask for whipcream, straws, and a cup holder. My hubby and I spend over a 100+ daily at this starbucks in the am and then the PERFECT Starbucks in Auburn WA that just opened they are awesome, give me perfect service and my recipets for happy hour unlike the other starbucks in bonney lake. I guess I would just like for the gentleman to contact me via email and send my card out. I had a month of bad coffees there. I jst dont understand why he wont get back to me, I am lost at words at this point.
Free coffee card to cover the expenses for a month , please. THat is fair for all the turnarounds to go back and have them make our coffess over, gas, short changing us, no happy hour recipets that couldve saved us a little money, and their atttiudes, spilling coffe on my shirt for not wiping the excess mess off on the coffee cups, no straws, no sleeves for hot coffees, eye rolling, shall I go on..I think thats fair. However AUburn Bonney Lake that opened ROCK! Let them know they are 100% in every way please(Only thats on my way home stop daily!)...THANKS PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AND SEND THE CARD ASAP

Who do you think you are kidding? If I were in charge, you would never get that card for three reasons:
1. You claim you got poor service, were ripped
off,and the coffee was horrible, yet you continued to go there for an whole month. This clearly shows you were working up to getting something for nothing; otherwise you would have filed a complaint and stopped going there after the 1st 2 bad occurrances
2. YOU made the decision to continue to go to this place. No employee is EVER responsible for paying for a customer's gas.
3. You are only doing this because you found another Starbucks that you like better and therefore thinks that the other one should pay for your choice (as well as your gas).
If the gentleman has not sent your card out, he is probably thinking the same thing I just posted.

$100.00 a day on coffee, it's amazing that you were able to sit still long enough to type this letter. I feel sorry for your kidneys

Calculator in hand. $100 per day. 30 days in a month. That's $3000. You're asking them to give you $3000?
Of course, if they want to keep your $3000 a month business, maybe it's worth it. It's a 10% discount, which isn't all that unreasonable.

Free coffee for a MONTH? If I were a Starbucks manager, I'd round-file your complaint after reading that.
Don't be greedy.

"100+ daily..."
I am going to hope this is a typo...otherwise, I think you have bigger problems in life.

Good Lord lady
If you and your hubby drink 100.00 plus worth of coffee per day, thats thousands of calories per day.And its all in coffee, what ever happen to a glass of water or tea.

This is the perfect example of a situation where the company was actually better off not responding at all rather than making a promise they didnt keep.
Now the customer is even more frustrated as a result of the lack of proper followup.
Even if the Starbucks rep who made the promise was caught in the latest round of layoffs, that's not the customer's problem. In fact, all this does is exacerbate Starbuck's problems because now they have a once loyal customer who is likely to cut back on their visits as a result of the treatment they've received; both at the store level and at the corporate level.
That's something Starbucks cannot afford to have happen.

You seem to be letting them rip you off again. I mean they ripped you off by not giving you your correct change, not giving you what you ordered and now they are trying to settle for a free coffee card - amount unknown.
If that makes you happy then by all means take the card (if they ever send it that it) and go to the Auburn Starbucks where you get much better service.
Maybe all will get lucky and the Bonney Lake Starbucks in on the list of ones to close soon.
