Write a Letter to this Company
I have tried to call the Customer Care and Tech Support respectively, and cannot get through I called and was on hold for over an hour and after an hour with what seemed like someone was there but dead air, the call was disconnected. I tried to chat live with tech support and could not get my issue resolved either.
My mouse is broken; the spring is stripped or worn, the screen bleeds and he streaming video has not worked since I got the laptop and I cannot contact anyone from Gateway for assistance.
My request is if, with your help,you can get them to contact me by phone, or snail mail. Please ASAP! I
am very frustrated and aggravated and want a refund of the purchase price or a suitable solution.
I would like gateway to contact me either by phone or letter advising a good number to call or a contact person so i can get these issues resolved. I WOULD LIKE GATEWAY TO SEND ME A RETURN PACKAGING LABEL TO SEND MY LAPTOP BACK FOR SERVICING.
ANY HELP YOU CAN PROVIDE WOULD BE GREAT
