I was in your stores the other day purchasing some st johns bay boot cut jeans in plus size. I had to go back and exchange them for the short length because at home the average size was still to long with my boots. After wearing one pair and washing them like i would any other jean they are starting to fall apart they have lines going across the leg as if they are going to tear soon. I have bought jeans from you in the past and have never had this problem before

I would like to be able to exchange them for another pair hoping that they wont fall apart like the other one. I also still have my sales slip. I would like maybe for them to do more testing on the jeans to make sure that they are of good quality

bring them back to the penney's they were purchased at and penney's
will gladly exchange them for you. St john's bay is a penney's brand
and they stand behind their merchandise.

My first reaction was the same as the Bill's below, which I read after
I read your letter. You need to take them back to the store. They
should replace them with no or few questions if you just bought them.
Good luck.

Alyssa C.,

This letter might can some action but I think the quickest way to get
an answer ( be it yes or no ) would be for you to return to the store
you purchased them with your receipt in hand.
