Please fix this Problem for the Paying Members

My husband wants to move from New Jersey to Wyoming somewhere or
Montana or Nebraska...I was like HELL NO! They only just started to

I dont believe they offer TEC in PA. I could, of course, be dead
wrong, as my memory is iffy.

I think the only way you are going to be happy is if you fork over $60
a month for satellite internet service. I understand your budget
isn't unlimited, but look at this from the provider's viewpoint:
people who demand better service should be willing to pay more. Thus
I doubt they will make any improvements to dialup. I feel like a
dinosaur using low speed DSL on many websites. I can't imagine using
dialup.

It is a shame DSL isn't available for you, because it sounds like it
would meet your needs. Even if a company would consider improvements,
realize it may take a while for that to happen. I think you need a
solution *now*.

Patricia, I think you will find the same issue with this as you did
with your requests for high speed internet in your area.

Rural areas are slow, even on dial up. I honestly do not think AOL
will be able to resolve this issue to your satisfaction.

Why anyone is still using AOL is beyond me.

I too am an AOL customer through Time Warner Cable which is fast talk
for pay TWC and get no help from AOL.

It sounds like you are talking about dial-up.
Dial-up is old technology and my guess is AOL is trying to get
customers to migrate to cable connections for their computing needs.
Being old technology they probably care not to keep pumping into it
plus they probably lease those lines from phone companies.
