BLOCKBUSTER BILLING POLICY

On 10/08/2008 I signed up for a free trial @ Blockbuster.com on 10/09/2008 I canceled the free trial. On 10/25/08 I contacted Blockbuster via email and asked why my $9.99 had not been returned to my account . I was told I had failed to cancel my account by 10/09/08.If it was a free trial and I had canceled within 24 hours why was I charged in the first place?
I ordered and received no movies to this day.
Return my money IMMEDIATLY!!!
