Still having issues

I have emailed before and the issues that I am having are still there
and I am really getting upset with Tracfone and their technical support.
I have been a tracfone customer for a while now and I also have the
family plan. I have not had any problems with tracfone until now.
Everytime I call with a case number and an issue, I am told to wait 24 -
48 hours and this has been an ongoing issue since I purchased the new
Samsung T301G tracfone. Tracfone, I thought was a great and affordable
way to have a cell phone, but until recently I disagree. At this point,
I would like to have my tracfones replaced. The reason I say tracfones,
the Motorola W370 that I carried before purchasing the new Samsung
T301G, was and is still in excellent condition. I passed this tracfone
down to my son because the tracfone he had could not download any
ringtones or graphics. I was accessing the browser just fine until he
received a new sim card to keep his tracfone number. After countless
attempts at troubleshooting, he can now access the browser but is not
able to purchase anything with an error message that says "We are
experiencing technical issues try again later". Well exactly how long
are these issues going to last. I feel that technical support are tired
of me contacting them, but I want everything that I paid for and that
included accessing the browser. The only thing that is being done for my
issues is deducting airtime away for trying to access the browser every
24-48 hours. The serial number for the motorola tracfone is
354513016319216 and that case number (about the fifth one) is 1011306573
and my serial number for the samsung tracfone (above) and that case
number is 1011070317. And new sim cards have been changed on both
tracfones. I see no other solutions for these issues except headaches
and frustration. Please help me.

I would like to have both of the tracfones repaced and start all over again. If I need to get new tracfone numbers and lose the minutes that I have from my family plan so be it. The minutes are being deducted everytime I contact customer service and try to "troubleshoot" the problem anyway.
