Gross Cheese at Auntie Annes

I recently visited Auntie Anne's at the Crossroads Mall, 6650 S. Westnedge Ave., Portage MI.

I ordered the original pretzel with cheese. The cheese I received appeared to be in different packaging than on previous visits, so I inquired of the cashier as to what I was receiving. She stated that you have switched, and no longer offer the cheese you had in the past.

The new cheese you offer appears to be hand portioned at the restaurant, and tastes like a low quality, cheap nacho cheese you'd expect from the warmer at a gas station. The Auntie Annes brand cheeses you previously offered in factory packs were creamy and tasted wonderful on the pretzels. This new cheese is garbage, and I absolutely hate the taste. This product is not fit to eat.

I would like you to re-introduce the cheese you carried previously. Without it, the enjoyment of my pretzel eating experience has been lowered significantly.
