Bad Service from Gulf Because of a Girl

To whom it may concern,


I have been a paying customer for quite some time now and was refused service because the gentleman behind the counter is dating a girl who is not friendly towards me. Since she has an issue towards me, he refused to sell me products during his shift. After being refused, I turned to the woman he was working with on his shift (not sure if it was a manager or not) and asked in a shocked tone "CAN HE DO THAT?" She shrugged her shoulders and said "He's the one behind the counter." I think this is EXTREMELY poor customer service and I would greatly appreciate it if there is something done about this. I have never had a problem with this particular station until now and I think the reason I am having the problem is ridiculous. This is poor customer service and it shocked me even more to see the girl on the same shift LET him do this. I know this is not allowed, especially working in customer service my entire life. So I would really like something said or done about this issue.

I would like for this employee to AT LEAST be talked to about the issue. I would like him to KNOW that it's not part of his job to refuse costumers because his spouses problems in her life and disagreements.

I too think there's something more than just a case the other girl not being "friendly towards you". People simply don't dislike others THAT strongly, not without a reason. If I had some sort of ridiculous spat going on with another woman, I don't think I'd seek out the store where her boyfriend/husband (which is it?) worked for my "convenience" needs. I'm also curious as to how is "dating a girl" who is not friendly towards you in the first paragraph but then gains a spouse with "problems in her life and disagreements" in the last.
