Don't Use Howlin' Moon Dog Sports Store!

My experience with this company was awful! I ordered a dog sweatshirt on December 15, 2009 to give as a Christmas gift. I paid extra for fast shipping. Here it is now January 20 and I still haven't recieved my order. I tried multiple times to get in touch with this company to refund my money (they charged my credit card) or to find out where my order was. They did not respond to me until January 18th. They responded by sending me hateful emails that questioned whether or not I was mentally stable. They threatened to contact my employers. They threatened to contact the authorities. When I asked them why I was getting such horrible customer service they told me that since my order was only $20 it was "not that important to them." I am absolutely shocked by the rude people at this company. I didn't realize that a person would need to spend hundreds of dollars on dog clothes in order to get good service. Please don't ever use this company. They are AWFUL!!!!!

I would like them to refund me. I would also suggest they close their business, or take classes on how to give good customer service or on how to be a good human being in general.

One thing I hate is one sided stories .... by Samantha C. Posted Fri January 22, 2010 @ 3:52 AM I highly doubt that they would send an e-mail questioning your mental well being and threatening to contact the authorites and your employers (do not how they plan to do that unless they personally know you or you told them) and you did nothing to warrant that response. People do not usually send a threat to contact police because you simply asked for a refund of an unreceived product. From the e-mails you claimed to have received, it sounds to me like you said something you shouldn't have. You also left out whether or not the item is still coming or not. They will not refund money for products you are going to receive. If you cancelled your order then you should get a refund, if not it is called theft. Aren't you glad you paid by credit card? If you had paid by cash (or cashier's check, etc.), you would be out of luck.
