Another seller burned by Amazon

I know a few sellers burned by Amazon.

After 5 years of 93-97% ratings as I seller, would you not be annoyed not being told why one was getting a warning. God lord, it is simply enough to go on vacation to find out where a simple mistake was coming from to please all three parties involved.

So after one general warning, I get permanently thrown off for > 2.5% precancelations, for which I even got one complaint. Do you know how low that is? 5 out of a 100? Perhaps you think taking out money to cover future cancelation informs anyone of a newish policy, which from this side it is just an big annoyance. Cancellations actually hirt sellers more than Amazon,so help them out.

All you did to my BBB complaint was declare a new communications director but only manufactured a new clear history of our complaints. Sounds like you only care about covering your butt.

Obnoxiously something is amiss in your thinking.

I was not surprise in a book selling book, it warns about Amazon.com mindless inflexibility.

Treat us as adult's worthy of being specifically informed, not incompetent children too lazy to inform ourselves.

Your over complex site may impress you but a clear email was all that is needed, even suggesting my vacation idea.

This has been one of the biggest jokes I've experience. I do not know who to feel sorry for.

Sellers: consider going elsewhere.

I know I would be fired in some cs jobs for treating people the way I was treated by Amazon.

It suck to be one of those five customers! n/t by RedheadwGlasses Fri May 21, 2010 @ 8:34 AM

I was going for speed. The rational is err on caution telling the
order was not possible within a few hours if I could not ship, to
minimize inconvenience. I probably needlessly lost a lot of money
foolishly this way. I should of posted that as my policy. The point
is surface mail is so slow, people are naturally upset already,
thinking everything is instantly available. I was trying to be
helpful.

I wouldn't have said it this way, but it offers a unique perspective.
