What happened to the 25 latest?

Dear PF,

A few days ago, I was unable to access the latest 25. Today, after 5
p.m. Central Time, the link to the Latest 25 reappeared.

I also suddenly began to itch immensely.

Please compensate me for the itching and discomfort and OTC anti-itch
meds that this has caused me.

P.S. I'm pretty sure my itching is caused by mosquitoes, although I
can't prove it. After all, Olie and his canine brothers need to go
out in this awful hot, humid weather. But I can't ask for
compensation from Nature, so I'll ask PF. Since there's clearly a
link between the absence of the Latest 25 and my itching.

You are absolutely correct. Our search engine is very particular
about how the company name is entered...if the searcher doesn't enter
the name exactly as it shows in our database or just a few letters (so
it can present a list of possible choices) then you will get a
response that there isn't a company profile by that name...technically
the response you got is correct...we don't have a company profile in
our database under the name planetfeedback.com but we do have it under
another version of our name. That still doesn't mean the search
engine shouldn't be able to make the connection and give you a list of
possibilities and I apologize for that shortcoming. Unfortunately, it
will remain like this for the time being however we do have plans to
make changes at some point in the future.

The top 25 letters link has been removed from latest with PFB section.
You can still access the top 25 letters by simply clicking on any 15
minutes of fame letter...the top 25 list will show up on the left side
of the page.
