Rude and lazy employees at Target

I went to your store in Danvers Massachusetts today to buy a Dance Star Mickey toy. I saw a huge display but there were no toys anywhere to be found in the store. I picked up the customer service phone and waited for an employee to come help me.....nobody came I went to a different phone and picked up that one....nobody came. I took a walk and finally found an employee of another department who gladly came over and assisted me. She checked to see if there were any in stock. The store didn't have any but the Salem store did. She suggested I go there.

I immediately picked up the phone and called the Salem store. I spoke to the operator and she placed me on hold. I then waited on hold for 10 minutes before reaching an associate. I asked the associate if the item was in stock and he told me it wasn't. He told me they had some a few days ago but there were gone. I informed him that I was at the Danvers store and the Danvers store told me they had four of them. He responded VERY rudely, "Of course they told you that. We DON'T have any!"

I was so upset that I hung up the phone on the associate. I understand that retail is hard work but there is no reason to speak to a customer that way.

I immediately drove to the Salem store and walked to the toy department. There were two Dance Star Mickey toys sitting right on the shelf. The associate I spoke to did not bother to look for the item and even had the nerve to be rude about giving out incorrect information.

I could have bought Dance Star Mickey online for less money but I chose to but from Target instead. Next time, I will be smarter and just buy it online and stay far away from Target's rude employees.

There's no way I would have bought it in the store if it were cheaper
online. Cheaper + saves time = win in my book. And then you wouldn't
have had this ordeal in the first place.

" I could have bought Dance Star Mickey online for less money but I

Passive aggressive statements, especially after the fact, are
pointless IMHO.

I coulda had a V-8, but I read your letter instead.
