Inappropriate substitutions at Burger King

I recently began patronizing Burger King for its kids meals, after one of them - the mac & cheese with apple fries - was ranked one of the healthiest kids meal choices available.
But whenever I go to a Burger King, the location is almost always out of apple fries. Not only that, but they consistently fail to tell me this when I place my order. Then they substitute French fries in my child's order. To add insult to injury, they almost never remember to put a spoon in the bag for the mac + cheese.
This has happened at every location in Augusta, Greensboro, and Conyers, Ga. Let me repeat: every location, without exception.
It's ridiculous business behavior, and it has frustrated both me and my 5-year-old. In fact, the last time I pulled into a Burger King, she said, "Mama, can we please go to Wendy's? They're just going to mess it up again."
Please stock your stores with the menu items you offer, and inform your employees that when an item is out of stock, the appropriate course of action is to inform the customer as they order - not to substitute whatever is available at the time of checkout. Every time one of your locations screws up a customer's order, your brand takes a hit. When a 5-year-old finds your stores incompetent, no amount of Twilight toys will draw them back as tweens and teens.
Thank you for taking the time to listen to my complaint.
