I arrived on to board JetBlue flight 347 from JFK to SRQ on January 2, 2011 only to be told it was delayed due to a flight attendant not being available. As a result I have missed a very important appointment that has caused me a financial loss.

Refund the full amount of my ticket or award me a free travel voucher to go anywhere JetBlue flies.

Exactly how long was this flight delayed?

Flight staff have limitations on how often they can fly and how long
they must be on the ground.

If the scheduled flight attendant is stranded in another city, or
can't get to work due to weather or traffic conditions, the flight has
to wait until the right person arrives.

Your request is reasonable. When purchasing a ticket, you expect the
airline to have their act together and have the flights adequately
staffed.
