Burnt food from Jack in the Box

On 1/01/2010, I ordered 3 eggrolls in the drive-thru at the Jack In The Box on Western Blvd in LA. I noticed that the receipt had a line through it so that I couldn't see the survey information (I usually participate in surveys offers if on the receipt) so I brought it to the issue of the person at the window, Christine, who's specific words were,"My printer is just like that." She offered no apology or solution. When I returned home from the restaurant, I pulled the food out and the outside and even some parts of the inside of the eggrolls were burnt and not edible. I saved the receipt and froze the eggrolls as proof.

Offer a full refund and issue a new receipt so that I can take the survey.
