Shame on Macy's

I purchased a mattress and boxed springs from Macy's for my daughter (Simmons Beauty Rest). I purposely went to Macy's because I thought they were a reputable company and would only carry top quality merchandise, because I wanted the best mattress possible for my daughter who has problems with her back. That was barely 4 years ago. I was assured at the time of purchase that the mattress came with a full 10 year warranty. The mattress has totally collapsed. The people who came and inspected the mattress said that it had major depressions (at least 2 inches)and needed to be replaced. Well guess what "because the mattress has stains on it, the warranty is no longer valid". Can you believe that? What a rip off. Shame on you Macy's, you just proved to me (and I definitely will share with anyone else who will listen) that you're only interest is in making money.

I want them to replace the defective mattress.

Mattresses lose their warranty if they are stained....that's why I
keep a mattress protector on mine.

Macy's simply sold the mattress. Contact Simmons the manufacturer
they are the ones who would replace it.

I didn't buy the mattress from Simmons, I bought it from Macy's. They
gave me the warranty.
