Did you try returning them to the store? I realize this is a
manufacturer problem but sometimes certain stores will allow you to
return defective merchandise. Also, try calling Luv's, you'll probably
get a faster response.

When my daughter was an infant, I tried Luv's only because my
cheapskate mother-in-law had bought a small package as a joke
christmas present for my husband. Every time my daughter went #2, the
entire diaper exploded all over her back! I think I ended up ruining 4
or 5 onesies! I compared a Luv's diaper to a Huggies diaper and the
difference was astounding! The Luv's diaper was basically a square
folder in haltf with no flexibility, and very little absorbent
material. The Huggies diaper was designed 100x better--rounded leg
holes when the diaper was folded, elastic for flexibility and much
more absorbent! I should mention though that I had to switch from
Huggies to pampers while my daughter was still an infant, because
there were way too many blow-outs with the huggies.

If you always find them, why do you continue to buy them??
