Horrible Service

I never complain about bad experiences anywhere I go, but I have to complain about the Harry Buffalo at 2119 Mentor Ave in Painesville. I was there a few months ago to have some beers with a few friends and the service was so bad that we had to ask a different waitress TWO times for help. Once we asked for our check, it took 20 mins for our waitress to give it to us. I have an hour lunch break at my job and I work 5 mins down the road so I decided to go there for lunch today and I had another bad experience with a waitress again. It took 10 mins to get a drink and it took over 20 mins to get the food. I asked for a side of ranch and it never came. I had to ask another waiter for the ranch. It also took 8-10 mins for her to ring out the check. Needless to say, I was there for over 45 minutes just for a salad and half a sandwich. Upon talking to co-workers at my job about the awful service, I have come to find that others have had this same experience that I have at this same location! I highly suggest that the staff at Painesville's Harry Buffalo work on their service skills. I will never come back to this restaurant and I will be sure to pass this along to others.

Train their staff to service their customers better!
