Whole wheat buns will not make things magically healthy. If you are very careful about what you eat, why are you eating at McDonalds?

My dear man, DON"T GO THERE. If on a serious health, weight loss diet, chose another establishment. Or make your own food at home. Leave MCs for a special treat on occasion. Save $$$ and be confident in the diet in your own house.

I don't think it's likely they will re-vamp their menu in this way anytime soon!

McDonalds healthy eating? Are you serious? No one with any sense actually believe that eating at McDonalds is healthy unless all you eat is a plain salad and a water.

If you are on a serious diet, you should not be ANYWHERE near a McDonald's. (for any reason).

A friend of mine is on a health food kick and carries her own homemade whole grain buns with her as well as her own organic low sodium ketchup. The fast food joints around here have no problem fixing her a meal with her custom ingredients. You might try carrying your own as well.

If you are are going to McDs, you are NOT "very careful about what [you] eat." "not ruin [your] diet"? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
I'm annoyed by all these people who think these junk fast food places should improve the menu. Here's a clue: EAT ELSEWHERE.

Perhaps you should make a nice Veggie burger hold the mayo, extra vegetables on wheat at home.

I just don't see it happening at McDonald's. I would suggest one of their salads with grilled chicken, their oatmeal, a fruit and yogurt parfait, or the apple and walnut salad.

doesn't ruin your diet? I really don't know, as I haven't eaten McDonald's in eons. They aren't really known for their healthy burgers, are they?
