Food poisoning from Taco Bell

On saturday afternoon, July 23rd,2011, my girlfriend and I had lunch at the store in Aliquippa,PA. This store plays horrible music in the lobby, forcing us to make our meal a "to-go". Unfortunately, both of us suffered food poisoning from our taco bell food. It was the only food we had consumed that day. Our only consumption that same evening was a bottled water each. This bout with food poisoning was especially painful and horrendous for me as I am still recovering from a traumatic brain injury. The dizziness brought on by the sickness was incredibly painful and scarey.
We would like this store to be carefully reviewed by a regional manager. The loud and terrible music in the lobby is horrifying, dining in is not an option. This was the only time we have gotten sick from the food at this location, but how can we be sure that they are following proper procedures consistently? This incident has angered me greatly, as I have an appointment with a new neurologist tomorrow (I'm still sick), and having illness and dizziness is going to make a very bad impression, and thereby hindering my reasons for finding a new neurologist.

My question is how on earth does having food poisoning make a bad impression when you're visiting a neurologist? It's not like you intentionally poisoned yourself.
Secondly, sorry that you did not find the music appealing, however it's typically set to something that appeals to the majority of people.
I can appreciate the frustration brought on by the "sickness" as you call it, but I really think your letter needs more details....who waited on you, what time of day did you visit, what did you order? Without that type of information it's hard to place any validity to your claim. Anyone can claim a certain establishment made them sick, you need something to back up that claim.

also... just thought of this...
It was the only food you ate that day.
If you ate nothing all day long and then ate Taco Bell, there could be a chance your system rejected the sudden presence of grease and spice too.

Here's a shocker of a letter I'd like to see:
We went to Taco Bell and the food was great, freshly prepared, exactly how we wanted it, and we had no stomach issues at all for the next 48 hours.

The same thing happened to those I brought to the one in Newark, DE. They now LOVE Chipotle, eat it regularly and cannot return to Taco Bell.
I've been in love with their food since I first ate it in Portland, OR about 9 years ago.
The Newark, DE one opened up earlier this year (that nine year wait - with brief reprieves involving me eating it when I came across stores - was TORTURE) and I've been going there once a week since.

Sorry you got food poisoning, but I can't say I'm surprised.
It's Taco Bell, where the meat is NOT meat and the quality of the ingredients is just over that of items you might pull out of your local dumpster.
The best advice I can give you is this - NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER eat at a Taco Bell again. Their food makes people sick and it's bad for your health.
Eat at Chipotle or Taco del Mar or Baja Fresh.
All are vastly superior to Taco Bell. The quality of their food is unsurpassed and much of it is natural, organic and free range. You will feel GOOD after eating at any of these three and your body will THANK you (for one, you won't be using the toilet 10 times in a given day, like many people have to do after eating Taco "Hell").
