Filler in your pocket!

Posted Wed September 7, 2011 11:40 am, by Tricia V. written to Medicis Aesthetics

Back in August I paid $1,150.00 for Restalyne injections that dissolved with a 2 weeks! I went back to the doctor and the nurse that did the actual injections and was told that Perlane might work better because of the larger molecules.

I made an appointment and the treatment was done last Friday 09/02/11. The doctor did not charge me because he wanted me to be happy and I am a good customer and this was the first problem with anything I've had done there! When the nurse was finished it looked beautiful but this lasted even less time, it's almost completely gone after 5 days!

Stop advertising that this product will work up to 18 months, it barely lasts a week! This is a total scam and reporting it to your "adverse reaction" phone line is useless.

from wiki:

Duration depends on factors like the individual’s skin type, lifestyle
and age. After the initial treatment, follow-up sessions are normally
recommended around every 6 to 12 months depending on the individual
and the treatment. A treatment of the lips lasts less than 6 months.

1 day to 18 months. That aside, people are different so the results
won't be the same for everyone. Maybe this just isn't for you. I will
never have a suntan, but I've come to terms with that.
