Hi,I was in your clearwater location..(the one near the indoor go cart track) not sure if I listed the correct location....anyways..we were on buisness...and 3 of us ordered some food...we are all from naples .. and the food is usally good at the bob evans there...but this visit was awful,, my cheese burger wasnt even cooked and the chesse wasnt melted... so I sent it back... and they brought it back the same way...so I gave up...we were tired and just wanted to go back to the hotel....when I got back..I didnt feel good...and felt sick...I just feel like we wasted $35.

I just want to get a gift card so we can go to lunch at the bob evans in naples and we will be happy. Thanks!

Why didn't you complain? Tell them you weren't going to pay (or if
you pay up front, tell them you want your money back).

however, I hope you give that giftcard to your company, to cover your
per diem.

Did you complain to the manager that the second burger was uncooked?
Uncooked meat is a serious thing in the restaurant world. I'm a bit
curious as to why you would accept uncooked meat and pay for it and
then write an email later on.
