Burned by Hair Dryer

I was drying my hair last night, wearing just my bra and underware, as I always do. when all of a sudden I heard a loud popping and sparks flew out of the dryer and landed on my bra. It melted/burned a hole in my bra and melted the bra to my breast. I had to peel it off of me, causing a lot of pain. I have a blistered burn and a ruined $80 bra from Victorias Secret.

I'd like see what Revlon is willing to do to compenstate me for my damages and would prefer not to have to get a Personal Injury Attorney involved.

Other than the bra, you have no "damages," and no lawyer would touch this for an $80 item. Did you go to the doctor? Good luck with that personal injury claim. I'm not trying to pick on you, I just get tired of people thinking it is so easy to sue for money, when it's not. Reply
