I ordered my sons christmas gifts from walmart.com site to store. That part of your service was great and just the way its supposed to be. Now we get to the store part. We recieved a texted stating our stuff was ready for pickup at the Auburn WA store. We go in and are told that our stuff was not there. We showed the clerk the text and she stated the text are always wrong and the stuff was not there. The person never looked in the small store room for the items, just on the computer. We recieved another text asking how the pick up went. I called .com and they stated the stiff WAS at the store and ready for pick up. Again my wife goes up there to be told by the same clerk no its not. Frustrate she comes home and tells me. I then call the store and ask for a manager.. Burk gets on the phone and we explain the dilema. He looks and says yours stuff is here and has been, to come and get it. We take off to the store and get there to be told sorry that department is closed. I told the CSM that we were not leaving for the third time without the stuff we already paid for. She looks at us and in a crappy attitude said fine... we got our stuff and left. The customer service in this store is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Do something to make your employees care about your customers, most people hate going to WalMart but its cheaper than going anywhere else. But I am at the point I would rather pay more than be treated like we are bothering them. They are rude, unknowledgeable and disrespectful. At my work if someone is like that they get fired.

I would go somewhere else. I don't shop at WalMart, I just don't like
the atmosphere or the employees.

My local walmart and the one next town over have very friendly and
nice staff. I have ordered site to store twice and both times it was
easy.

I walked in, gave the order number from the text, and got my product.
Show receipt at the door, and was done.

In fact my next big purchase will be from walmart and site to store.

Just because someone doesn't agree with you does NOT mean they're an employee by PepperElf Wed December 28, 2011 @ 7:21 AM

And just an FYI Sam Walton was kind of like Burnes from the Simpsons.

The Second store he ever bought was connected to a rival store near
his original store. The only reason he bought it was to prevent his
rival from expanding.

He then hounded his rival for months to sell his store to him for well
under what it was worth. He finally did when he realized he couldnt
expand to compete with Sam.

He also mastered the strategy about getting long leases from towns tax
free, then abandoning the stores when the tax free part ran out.

Thank you for this good feedback. Another reason not to shop at
Walmart.
