Folks be careful when applying for TV hook up with Dish Network. They are very clever to try and get you committed to a 2 yr commitment without giving one the true information. They agreed verbally with me then changed the agreement in an e-mail they sent to me not once but twice. I tried 4 times to get this straightened out but could not do so. I canceled the order because I will not sign any contract unless it states our agreement. Be careful folks.

Be honest and stop playing games with the public put in the contract what you agree to.

(What is your problem STEVE?) First I did not sign any contract. I
negotiated over the phone for a price for a two yr commitment. They
agreed to send me our agreement by e-mail. I tried four times to get
this straightened out and twice with customer service before
canceling. They sent me two e-mails with price and other terms that
was not what we agreed on. In addition they also charged my credit
for an amt. other than what they stated on the phone. I was supposed
to sign the contract on the day of installation. I would not do so
unless they sent me a-email stating our agreements. They played games
from the very start. (What is your problem) STEVE? I posted here to
warn others about Dish. I HOPE THIS CLEARS IT UP FOR YOU STEVE.

OH! but I did. I did not sign anything Steve because they would not
confirm our agreements in e-mail. Steve you must be careful and
understand what you read.
