Great American Cookies Won't Give Out Location Numbers

Posted Thu February 2, 2012 12:00 pm, by Candyce J. written to Great American Cookies, Inc.

Write a Letter to this Company

I called the Lithonia Store: Lithonia
Mall @ Stonecrest-Bakery Caf
2929 Turner Hill Rd,Suite # 2510
Lithonia, GA 30038
To get a number for another store. The lady quickly responded that she couldn't help me and wouldn't give out the number to another locations, but if I wanted to order from there then I could.

Teach their employees about customer service. This is a franchise company so at the end of the day the money all goes to the same place.

This post is awesome..i've been reading tons of crap posts from other
blogs, but shows you have a more educated reader base.

You know, they may not even HAVE it. That'd be like calling a
franchise McDonald's and expecting them to have a list handy of all
the other local McDs stores. That's just not the case.

Do you know what the difference between a "Corporate" and a
"Franchise" is?

The money DOES NOT all go to the same place, so while it likely would
have taken her seconds to locate and provide you the number, 1.)
That's not her job. That's what directory assistance is for and 2.)
If she is protecting her revenues, why would she send you to what
would basically amount to her competition?

So I'm left to wonder, just what "Customer Service" lesson is this
company needing to be taught?

that involves ... work

it's the servant's - i mean employee's - job to do that, right?

Although if you think about it... looking it up on google probably
would have taken less time for the OP than everything else she/he has
already done over this issue...

The only time I will do it, is if we have to refer a patient elsewhere due to insurance. by Maegan Z. Fri February 3, 2012 @ 11:45 AM
