Best Buy In Store Pickup Experience

I ordered a Laptop online and with "in-store" pickup. I was first in line at the pickup window. One couple was at the pick up window already being helped but it took 45 minutes because the couple kept asking more and more questions as well as waiting for the rest of their order to be brought to them. Meanwhile there were several Best Buy associates just standing there behind the counter doing nothing at all. A very irritating experience due to the fact I probably could have simply grabbed my computer from the shelf and been out of the store in 5 minutes but since I had already purchased with my credit card online I had to stand there and be irritated. Grrrr!

Get more than one pick-up window.

Yes even I think it would be preferable to buy in stores because I
also had very bad experience!! They don't even think about our time
and problem that's why we get irritated a lot!!

45 minutes? If I were that employee, after 5-10 minutes, I would have
asked the couple if I could help you quickly for a moment then devote
my time and attention to them, or I would have asked another employee
to step in and help you out.

I think this employee dropped the ball.

Did you ask if someone else was available to help you out?

to ask questions while you were waiting. How rude.
