This morning at 8:12am I arrived at the Rancho Cordova Walmart on Folsom Blvd. Store# 2457. I needed to send money to my daughter by Money Gram. While filling out the form, an elderly female employee approached the forms, grabbed one and went to the clerk. She started filling out the form while standing there chatting with Penne. I finished my form and had to wait for the employee to finish the form and then Penne helped her do whatever she needed. After a few minutes, another employee came to the area and helped me. If she hadn't shown up, I would have had to wait until the employee, who for the most part, cut in line and made me wait. Customers should come first...right? Penne should have told her to go and wait until I was done. If any customer were to have done the same, the clerk would have told them to go fill out the form off to the side and take the next customer. If Walmart is not doing this, than something is really wrong.
Check the cameras which I am sure are many in that area for proof of what happened. Their actions made me late getting back to work unnecessarily. Not sure what Walmart should do, but this is happening way too much at the money center.
