Angry customer!

Posted Sun March 4, 2012 11:12 pm, by Kizmect W. written to Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

Write a Letter to this Company

The manager Max was very rude & demanded something that was never explained from the beginning! He even went so far as to threaten me that he was going to call the police on me if I didn't leave the resturant & the premises!

Fire Max & offer compensation since the reasoning of the visit was because popeye's messed up a previous order of mine!

PlanetFeedback types these letters and actually mails them to the
companies you complain about. Please explain yourself in full when you
post something here if you want results.

Why would the manager have to threaten to call the police if you
didn't leave ? What were you doing that he had to make that threat in
the first place?

"demanded something that was never explained from the beginning! "

What was this something that you required an explanation over?

As for firing the employee.... I don't see ANYTHING here that suggests
he did something fireable.

Even if you dislike being told to leave, it's legal. As is
"threatening" to call the cops if you refuse to obey the legal
request.

they can't get an order right to save their lives!

Personally, I wouldn't even waste my money on them!

Two likely scenarios here.

1. Manager is completely crazy and threats to call the police on a
customer for no reason.

or

2. We're not being told the whole story.

Considering the OP hasn't revealed this "something" that was never explained, I'll have to pick Door Number 2 by PepperElf Mon March 5, 2012 @ 3:20 PM

That's my vote too. by Sheldonrs Mon March 5, 2012 @ 8:32 PM

The only thing I can think of that a manager would demand that a
customer would need for a credit is a receipt.

Did you bring it?

Do you have details of who offered the credit, and when? Maybe you
could try and contact that person again. Fast food restaurants don't
seem to do a good job of documenting when a customer is owed a
credit/free meal, etc. The customer returns to cash in, but the staff
on duty have no clue as there are no notes. Then ugliness happens
when both parties think the other is lying.
