Browsing DVD titles with a streaming-only account

My husband and I have been Netflix subscribers for several years. When the price structure changed to $7.99 each for streaming and DVDs, we changed to the Unlimited Streaming plan. DVDs typically went unopened for long periods of time before we would send them back without ever watching them, so the streaming only plan was a much better fit for us. However, recently, I have decided I would like to add DVDs back to my plan. While there is a very large selection of movies and shows to stream, there are several specific titles I want to view that aren't available to watch instantly. I would love to be able to receive these in the mail.
The problem I am having is with the website. I can find where I can add DVDs to my plan for $7.99 per month, but I can't find any way to actually browse the DVD selection. I don't feel comfortable paying to add DVDs back into my plan without knowing if all the titles I want to watch are even available. If I knew the movies I am looking for are able to be sent to me, I would have no problem upgrading my account, but I don't want to pay $7.99 merely to browse available titles.
Is there a way to view the entire catalog without being a DVD subscriber? I believe it was an option in the past. If there isn't a way to do so currently, it would be fabulous if you could enable that as an option to streaming customers. Thanks for your consideration!
